What moves you in?
Security deposit, first & second months rent (along with any additional fee's; pet deposit, etc.) & with proof of income or other type of income
WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
​All tenants are responsible for any utilities that they want at that house that they are renting. Tenants are also responsible for lawn maintenance, pool maintenance ( if there is a pool) , as well as any other needs ; trash, etc.
ARE YOU A REAL ESTATE COMPANY?
No, we advertised homes for rent and a third party that we are in contract with services the rentals.
IS THERE A APPLICATION FEE?
There is a third party application fee for each property that processes the screening report. Cost ranges from $40-$60 per applicant.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cashier's check or Money orders only, the company does NOT accept any other form of payment, unless otherwise stated in your lease agreement or agreed in writing.
